We all have a story. There are parts we love, parts that are really painful, and parts somewhere in between. Inviting others into those deep places can feel really scary, and at the same time, the courage to open up can bring both freedom and healing. I believe we all have an innate desire for connection and belonging. At our core, we all want to feel heard and to be known. As a therapist, my desire is to create a safe space for my clients to open up and process the many layers that make up their being. Together, we will navigate the complexities of life and find productive ways to move forward.
Our lives are broken yet beautiful. Whether you are navigating past, painful experiences, relational struggles, anxiety and depression, life transitions, women’s issues, spiritual identity, or other challenges, I am glad to enter into all parts of your story Through a client-centered approach, I hope we can start the healing process by creating healthy patterns and boundaries so you can live into your full purpose and potential. I want you to have the tools to experience freedom, to feel empowered in your decision-making, to have healthy relationships, and to live authentically.
It can feel so isolating to navigate life on your own and it takes great courage to ask someone to come alongside you. In my own journey of counseling, I have experienced the power of the therapeutic relationship. I’m excited and honored to build a trusting relationship with you and experience the joy of knowing your story fully.
